r Untuk memperoleh gelar profesi Insinyur, seseorang harus lulus dari Program Profesi Insinyur. Syarat untuk dapat mengikuti Program Profesi Insinyur meliputi : Sarjana bidang teknik atau sarjana terapan bidang teknik, baik lulusan perguruan tinggi dalam negeri maupun perguruan tinggi luar negeri yang telah disetarakan; atau Sarjana   pendidikan   bidang   teknik   atau   sarjana bidang   sains   yang disetarakan dengan sarjana bidang teknik atau sarjana terapan bidang teknik melalui program penyetaraan.
